We are celebrating today because our friends were handed a special little bundle in Harbin, China earlier this morning. Miss Chloe is Ruthie's age and they live here in our town, so we are thrilled that these two precious girls will get to grow up together! Congratulations Patrick, Deann, MaCayla and Hannah!!!
